The 3-day event provides RVers with many informative seminars, with practical information for enjoying their RV's and for empowering them when it comes to troubleshooting on their own. Past presenters have included: Blue Ox Towing Products, A.N.D. Batteries, Dalton Timmis Insurance; 2 Guys RV Education, Carmanah Technologies, and SAIT, School of Transportation.
In addition, a safety check has been made available to participants upon entering the park (and through the weekend) through the assistance and expertise of certified RV technicians provided by various dealerships and SAIT School of Transportation.
RVDA of Alberta looks forward to another successful weekend again this year and registration information will be on their website.
Ol’ MacDonald's Resort also provided participants with amazing food, and treated all like family throughout the weekend!

The RV Owners Lifestyle Seminar is comprised of 3 days of workshops on a multitude of topics combined with a 3-day "dry camp" so you can put some of your learning into practice immediately. The Seminar is a combined effort of the Recreation Vehicle Department of the Trades and Apprenticeship office of Okanagan College and the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) of BC.
Topics covered run the gamut from maintenance (appliances, diesel, holding tanks, generators) through tips on electrical, choosing a mobile satellite system, choosing tires, and dry-camping or boondocking, to geocoaching, full-timing and holiday destinations – including having fun on working holidays, and travel writing. The website is updated regularly with new info and any changes that may be of interest to seminar participants, so check back often.
