This premier technician training event heads to Calgary, Alberta in 2021.

The Trouble Shooter Clinic is a 5-day hands-on supplier-lead training event. It offers hands-on instruction to recreation vehicle technicians on how to diagnose and correctly troubleshoot major components and systems found in recreation vehicles.

This clinic is intended for RV technicians with a minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience. 


Parts Workshop

A 2-day Parts Workshop offered in conjunction with the TSC.

Parts management requires meticulous planning, sourcing and organizational skills. It also requires extensive knowledge of all current and emerging parts and service needs. A well-managed parts department increases dealership profitability, improves overall efficiency and delivers higher levels of customer satisfaction.
 
This workshop will introduce and deepening understanding of the following areas:

  • parts management strategies
  • knowledge base in parts management
  • merchandising
  • parts sales
  • marketing
  • technical knowledge
The Parts Workshop will deliver valuable insights that will enhance overall dealership efficiency, inter-departmental communication and understanding customer needs and wants that will translate into increased sales. 


A national, volunteer federation of provincial and regional RVDA associations and their members, the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) of Canada is a professional trade association that works on behalf of all retail businesses involved in the recreation vehicle industry. Advocacy, professional development and industry initiatives are developed by members, for members and delivered on their behalf by the RVDA.
